MARINA
True sushi snobs-of which San Francisco has plenty-tend to stick to the time-tested stalwarts for their weekly fix (the Kabutos and Ebisus of the city). They are rarely swayed by a new arrival, especially by a sleek and dimly lit one, with non-Japanese waiters, in the heart of the Marina.
